Irina Tuzhilkina was phenomenal in handling my property. From the start she asked many questions making sure that she'd pursue only what we desired and that she did. When we were ready to offer our condo for sale in Park Slope we took advantage of the free condo evaluation by AmeriHomes Realty of NY. Once we were given the value based on comparable we hired them as our real estate agents to sell the condo. It was only on the market for a couple days when they ran an open house. We got an offer immediately afterward and made a deal. Great job to dell our condo by AmeriHomes.

We had a great experience with Amerihomes team. When my husband and I first thought about selling our home, Irene met with us to discuss the home-selling process. We were ambivalent about selling as we enjoyed living in our house and neighborhood. Irene respected our hesitancy and did not pressure us to sell. When we decided to sell a year later, we reached out to her and Irene and her team expertly helped us every step of the way - from providing staging advice to determining pricing to developing promotional materials, etc. The team approach worked well: all the folks we worked with on the team were knowledgeable and professional, and if we wanted to talk with Irene, she was just an email or phone call or away. It could not have worked out better for us so we are grateful

Marina did an outstanding job selling our home. Their starting point is to get excellent pictures and marketing. Marina advised us very well on selling strategies and managed to get a huge number of potential buyers through the property. AmeriHomes Realty team was a pleasure to work with. We used them to both sell and buy. The team provides a tremendous amount of support during both processes. They have fantastic local real estate knowledge and moves through the process quickly. They sold our house in 4 days- bringing in 6 solid offers, several offers were over asking price. All the team members are all a delight to work with, taking out much of the stress that is normally associated with buying a selling. We would use AmeriHomes Realty again if we had to, but thankfully we have found our lifetime dream home! We highly recommend them.
